Who says Christians don’t have a sense of humor?
Thirteen of the wives at First Baptist Church in Sylacauga successfully pulled off a prank on their husbands Sunday morning. And none of the husbands knew they had been pranked until they got to church and saw they were wearing the same green shirt as 12 of their buddies.
How did 13 wives all talk their stubborn husbands into putting on the green polo shirt for Sunday morning church?
How, after that, did the menfolk keep from talking to their buddies about the unusual behavior by the wives until they got to the church, too late to change?
The ladies pulled off the prank, leading to this unusual shot of the church menfolk in “the uniform of the day.”
You’ve heard of “angels unaware.” The men of the church were unaware.
FBC Senior Pastor Rick Patrick explained the situation on social media:
For context, there was a well-played prank this morning by thirteen of our wives, who cleverly managed to get their husbands (and one baby boy) to wear the exact same green striped polo. I'm pretty sure the revenge prank is already being planned.
Now, the question is – What will the husbands do to return the prank to the wives? Will they be able to pull it off as well as the wives did?
