An Alabama Democratic Conference (ADC) building in Montgomery will be for sale by the county on Wednesday due to unpaid property taxes.
The ADC’s property at 418 South Decatur St is on a list of properties in Montgomery County for sale due to delinquent taxes. The property is valued at $126,100.
According to Montgomery County Revenue Commissioner Janet Buskey, the Montgomery County Tax Sale will be held Wednesday in the Montgomery County Commission Chambers of Courthouse Annex III located at 101 South Lawrence Street between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
According to online county property tax records, the ADC didn’t make a property tax payment for 2025.
The ADC is led by Joe Reed and Randy Kelley. Kelley didn’t respond to a request for comment from 1819 News on Monday.
