Following a dominant 56-7 win over Middle Tennessee in week one of the season, the University of Alabama football team has moved up one spot in the Associated Press top 25 college football poll.

Ohio State fell to No. 5 in the poll, while Florida State jumped to No. 4.

The Crimson Tide's opponent this week, Texas, remained at No. 11, coming off a 37-0 victory over Rice.

ESPN's "College Game Day" will be coming to Tuscaloosa this week for the matchup of two top 15 teams in a rematch. Last year's game was a thriller that came down to a 33-yard field goal by Will Reichard with 10 seconds remaining on the clock.

The Tide and Longhorns kick off at 6:00 p.m. at Bryant-Denny Stadium on ESPN.

Auburn and Troy both received three votes to be in the top 25 but sit on the outside looking in.
