Ella Langley has come a long way from her humble roots in Alabama, and the country music superstar proved it Sunday at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Langley, of Montgomery, made history by winning all seven categories in which she was nominated.

She took home Female Artist of the Year and Artist-Songwriter of the Year. Langley became emotional as she thanked her family and Jesus for her success.

Her hit song "Chosin' Texas" won Song of the Year and Single of the Year. Event of the Year went to Langley and Riley Green's "Don't Mind If I Do."

For Female Artist of the Year, Langley beat out Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, Megan Moroney and Lainey Wilson.

The "Be Her" singer performed the newly released hit on stage at the ACM Awards. The acoustic rendition showcased Langley's true talent and smooth, raspy voice.

Cody Johnson won Entertainer of the Year at the awards show at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
