The Alabama Farmers Federation (ALFA) endorsed Danielle Duggar for Alabama House District 96.
Duggar is running against incumbent State Rep. Matt Simpson (R-Daphne), who ALFA endorsed in 2022.
“Danielle Duggar is a conservative leader in our community and one who truly wants to represent our best interests in Montgomery,” said Baldwin County Farmers Federation president Hope Cassebaum. “She will ensure farmers have a voice in the House of Representatives.”
House District 96 covers Daphne, Spanish Fort and unincorporated Baldwin County Montrose, Belforest, Malbis, Blakely, Bromley and Stapleton.
Duggar is heavily involved in Republican circles in Baldwin County. She serves as the secretary for the North Baldwin County Republican Women’s Club and is a former state leader with Eagle Forum and a former state ambassador for Alliance Defending Freedom. Duggar is a contributing member of the Baldwin County Alabama Education Work Team and Health Freedom Alabama.
“I realize the importance of agriculture to our county and state, and I appreciate the hard work our farmers do, so I am honored to receive their endorsement,” said Duggar. “I look forward to working with them to make Baldwin County an even better place to live, work and raise a family.”
Duggar’s campaign is centered on Baldwin County values and protecting them from the politics of Montgomery.
Duggar and her husband, Wesley, have three children. They attend Faith Family Fellowship in Spanish Fort.
