Following a shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas, Texas, Alabama's two U.S. Senators, Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) and Katie Britt (R-Montgomery), are offering their prayers for those affected and calling on liberals to cease their attacks on members of law enforcement, particularly immigration authorities.

The lawmakers posted their reactions to the latest act of political violence from the left on social media on Wednesday.

Tuberville demanded that "radical liberals" no longer "demonize" members of law enforcement.

"Praying for the victims involved in this attack and their families," he wrote. "The Radical Left must STOP the demonization of our law enforcement, specifically ICE and Border Patrol."

Britt urged prayer and referred to the shooting as another "disgusting attack" on ICE agents.

"Please join me in praying for the victims, their families, and all of our law enforcement officers," she stated. "While we wait on more information to be released, at this point it's clear this is another disgusting attack on our courageous ICE officers. @Sec_Noem and @FBIDirectorKash have my full support for any resources needed to stop this political violence."

According to the FBI, Joshua Jahn, 29, shot from the roof of an immigration lawyer's building, killing one and wounding two other individuals before shooting himself. After law enforcement accessed Jahn's position, they found him deceased with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and located shell casings near his body bearing anti-ICE messages.

No members of law enforcement were injured during the shooting.
