A 13-year-old was killed in an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crash in Evergreen, and two others were injured.
The teen was driving the ATV with a six-year-old and a one-year-old riding as passengers.
The crash happened Monday afternoon on Wide Road near Paradise Road.
The teen, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the ATV and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The other two children were both injured and transported to a hospital for treatment.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating.
