This week's Iron Bowl of basketball matchup will feature two top 20 teams.
Auburn University moved up four spots to No. 12 after drubbing both Ole Miss and Vanderbilt last week. The University of Alabama won a close game against Georgia and beat Mississippi State by over 30 points, leapfrogging them eight spots to sit at No. 16 heading into game two between the in-state rivals this season.
The Crimson Tide won the first game in Tuscaloosa by a score of 79-75.
Auburn and Alabama square off on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Neville Arena. ESPN2 will carry the broadcast.
The Tigers then travel to Gainesville to play Florida on Saturday in a 2:30 p.m. SEC Network tipoff.
The Tide will travel to Baton Rouge to play LSU on Saturday for an 11 a.m. ESPN tipoff.
