The No. 14 Auburn Tigers picked up two victories over the weekend at the Jax Baseball Classic in Jacksonville, Fla.
Auburn earned wins over the Iowa Hawkeyes and Wichita State Shockers but lost to the Virginia Cavaliers.
The Tigers beat No. 18 Iowa 7-5 on Friday, run-ruled Wichita State 19-8 in only seven innings on Saturday and then lost 6-4 to No. 10 Virginia on Sunday.
Auburn is now 6-1 on the season.
The Tigers will be back in action on Tuesday night when they host the Samford Bulldogs at Plainsman Park at 6 p.m. CT. The broadcast can be live-streamed on SEC Network+ and the Auburn Sports Network broadcast can be streamed anywhere on the Auburn Athletics app.
