The Gadsden Police Department is investigating after a baby was found dead in a hearse on Saturday.
WBRC reported the baby girl, under the age of three, was found at the West Gadsden Funeral Home.
“The baby was not in a casket,” the outlet reported.
Police said they are investigating the death as a homicide.
No other information was provided on the case.
