The Blount County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on one count of electronic solicitation of a child.
Justin Taylor Teer was arrested during the execution of a search warrant at 115 Clate Tidwell Road in Locust Fork.
Investigators said they found evidence that Teer communicated with a 14-year-old girl in the United Kingdom and requested a nude video of the girl in the shower and sent nude photos of himself in a lewd act to her. Investigators also found text messages from Teer telling the girl about sex acts he wanted to perform on her, along with videos and images showing her what those acts were, including castration, penectomy and domination.
Teer was out of jail on bond after being arrested in July 2025 for dissemination of child pornography, third-degree assault and fourth-degree theft of property.
He is currently being held in jail without bond.
Teer is considered innocent until proven guilty.
