A suspect wanted for a theft at Northern Heights Presbyterian Church was arrested after the incident was caught on camera.
Police responded to a report of a theft of two air conditioning units from the church on April 8. Surveillance footage showed two people loading the units into a black SUV. The men appear to get into a fight during the theft.
After loading a unit into the vehicle, the man believed to be Victor Nichols drove off without his accomplice.

Nichols was later arrested and placed in jail on a $90,000 bond. He is considered innocent until proven guilty.
The other person has not been identified.
