American Legacy Co. in Gulf Shores is selling Charlie Kirk-inspired merch and donating 100% of the proceeds to the Gulf Shores High School’s Turning Point USA chapter.
Owner Nikki Rye told 1819 News that the “Freedom” line merchandise is being created specifically to support Kirk’s cause.
The store, which began as a mobile Trump store in Foley last year, has now expanded to a brick-and-mortar location off Highway 59, situated between Cactus Cantina and Anchor Pawn Shop in Gulf Shores.

“We fell in love with Gulf Shores,” Rye said. “After the election, God opened the door for us to be in this building. We have been very, very blessed.”
The store sold over 450 “Freedom” T-shirts in just five days. Rye said the shirts are flying off the shelves and she is having more Kirk-inspired T-shirts made, such as “Red, white and blueberries,” “Just because you are offended, doesn’t mean you’re right,” “Courage,” and “I am Charlie Kirk.”
“It’s not about selling a T-shirt,” Rye added. “It’s about encouraging everyone to be brave and courageous. If someone sees you with that shirt on, they might say, ‘Hey, I want to do better.”
After helping host a Charlie Kirk vigil, Rye said she was also inspired. She plans to host more special events, including one for Charlie Kirk’s birthday on October 14.
Rye said that as a veteran-owned store, it is important to sell American-made goods. They are also printed by veterans.
The store is located at 3859 Gulf Shores Parkway, Ste. 4. Rye will share more information on the store’s Facebook page and merchandise can be purchased online.
