The preliminary hearing for the superintendent of wastewater treatment for the City of Cullman has been set for Jan. 7, 2026.
Shannon Jake Calloway, 38, is charged with two counts of aggravated criminal surveillance.
Cullman Police arrested Calloway after investigators said he placed cameras in the men’s restroom at the wastewater treatment plant.
Calloway, a former Good Hope High School teacher, is accused of placing a camera under a towel and facing it towards the urinals. He is considered innocent until proven guilty.
The preliminary hearing will be at 8:30 a.m. in the courtroom of District Judge Wells Turner III.
