Victor Marx has a heart for the vulnerable and downtrodden. He is the founder of All Things Possible Ministries, which operates across the globe in harm's way to rescue victims of trauma.

On a recent episode of “1819 News: The Podcast," Marx shared his personal journey from an abusive childhood filled with drugs and crime to serving as a high-risk missionary protecting orphans and widows and spreading the Gospel.

Marx said he's "lived 10 lives" as a Marine, martial artist, speaker and child advocate.

"I started reaching kids who were incarcerated, troubled youth all around the country. Alabama is where I spent a lot of time in the formidable early years of ministry," he said. "Very fruitful, but I'm thankful to God that people would pray for us through those beginning years of getting accustomed to spending one-on-one time with young men and young women who are adjudicated, and everything from rape to murder to drugs, to the whole nine yards… "I'm here to tell people, regardless of your past, your background, God can redeem the worst things that have ever happened."

Marx said he still helps juveniles, but for the last decade, he's expanded his ministry to missions overseas, some of which he details in his book, "The Dangerous Gentleman."

"The last 10 years of my life, I've done probably 19 pumps overseas, well over 150 missions and helping bring relief to kids and women who've been traumatized by war, terrorism, trafficking, abuse. Just in the Middle East, we've been able to help touch the lives of, it's over 45,000 women and children now."

He continued, "It's mind-blowing what God has done. And he's still doing… I've been able to pray for an ISIS fighter right before he was gonna go away. We've helped children get out of the worst situations. We made decisions that made bad people go away and brought the love of God in some of the darkest places — Iraq, Syria. We've affected North Africa, Afghanistan, Turkey. We're in Southeast Asia with two homes, one for girls, one for boys. We've hunted, captured some of the most vile, demonized men on this earth. When Hamas attacked Israel, we deployed our teams and we led teams in there. Days after the attack, I've been into the West Bank. I went into Gaza. We helped train special operations guys, IDF, to do very difficult work. I went into Gaza one time just to pray."

Marx said it doesn't matter where, he goes where God sends him.

"I don't care what country America hates, God still loves that country," he said. "Iran, China, Russia, whoever our enemy is. Evil's in every country, including the U.S. It's people. But Jesus loves all the children of the world. And I've helped, rescued, loved on, protected every kid, all faiths. It don't matter, no faiths. That's not an issue. Showing God's love is the right thing to do."
