The Cullman Police Department wants the father of the operator of Infusion Wellness Spa in Cullman. Kelvin Neil Cheatham, the father of Whitney Cheatham, is wanted on a number of felony counts. His daughter, Whitney Cheatham, was arrested Saturday on 25 felony counts having to do with fraudulent prescription drugs.

Cullman PD put out the following notice to the public on Monday:

"The Cullman Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Kelvin Neil Cheatham, who is wanted on multiple felony charges, including drug trafficking. These charges are connected to the ongoing investigation at Infusion Wellness and Spa, where his daughter, Whitney Cheatham, was taken into custody on August 16, 2025."

Whitney Cheatham, 33, of Cullman, had been charged with the following counts:

  • 3 counts of drug trafficking (13A-12-231(3)(c)
  • 1 count of criminal conspiracy to commit drug trafficking (13A-4-3)
  • 1 count of attempted drug trafficking (13A-4-2(d)(2)
  • 6 counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (13A-12-211)
  • 1 count of attempted unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (13A-12-211)
  • 1 count of criminal conspiracy to unlawfully distribute controlled substances (13A-12-204)
  • 1 count of practicing medicine without a license (34-24-51)
  • 11 counts of fourth-degree forgery (13A-9-4)

Whitney Cheatham’s new husband of a very short duration, Kody Smith, was arrested May 29 in neighboring Blount County on human trafficking and related offenses. The investigation and arrest of Smith were documented by TruBlu. The episode, coordinated by Chris Hansen, was released in July:

At this time, the activities in Blount County of Whitney Cheatham’s new husband appear to have nothing to do with the operation of Infusion Wellness in Cullman.

A check of the jail roster in Blount County does not show Kody Smith in jail or released.

The defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
