The Foley Police Department, along with the Gulf Shores Police Department, worked together to make an arrest in connection with an electronic solicitation case.
Marquise Jamell Scott, 23, of Foley, was apprehended and charged with electronic solicitation of a child. Police accused Scott of using a device to solicit a juvenile under the age of 16 for sexual acts.
Scott was arrested without incident on Thursday. He is currently in the Baldwin County Corrections Center. Scott is considered innocent until proven guilty.
