The bond for a former North River Christian Academy teacher was revoked Tuesday after prosecutors claimed she violated her bond conditions.
Sarah Huggins Logan, 35, was arrested Friday on one charge of a school employee engaging in a sexual act with a student under 19. Logan, who was coaching volleyball, is accused of engaging in oral sex with a student she coached.
Logan's bond was set at $5,000 with conditions. Among conditions, Logan was prohibited from contacting any minor children other than her own biological children.
According to court filings, Logan is accused of setting up a new social media account and sending a "friend request" to a 17-year-old girl she knows but is not related to.
Logan's attorneys claim that an allegation that she created a Facebook account to contact a minor is not enough to revoke her bond. They said their client was denied due process without probable cause.
Logan is considered innocent until proven guilty.
North River Christian Academy fired Logan, and investigators said more charges are possible.
