Former Foley magistrate Joseph Bischoff is facing charges of furnishing a controlled substance to a minor, a Class A felony.
Joseph Bischoff is accused of trading THC-laced vapes for photos of underaged girls after a parent contacted the Foley Police Department.
After investigating, officers arrested Bischoff on August 21.
Bischoff was arrested and given a $100,000 bond. He was previously arrested on a charge of the sexual abuse of a family friend. The outcome of that 2011 case is unclear.
