Frontline Victory Fund announced an endorsement of Katherine Robertson on Wednesday in the Alabama Attorney General race.

Frontline Leaders Action, the super PAC’s affiliated 501(c)(4), announced a $300,000 contribution to Robertson’s campaign on Wednesday.

“Katherine Robertson has spent her career protecting Alabamians’ freedoms, promoting safety and security, and upholding conservative values,” Jessica Anderson, Frontline Victory Fund president, said in a statement. “From fighting for Alabama in Washington, D.C. to working on the front lines in Montgomery, Katherine has consistently fought to protect Alabama from federal overreach and radical liberal policies. With her proven experience and strong voice, she is the only candidate who can truly safeguard free speech, protect children against indoctrination and Left-wing ideology, and ensure Alabama remains the most pro-law enforcement state in the country. The stakes are high to elect the next Attorney General who will uphold an America First agenda and defend Alabama’s values without compromise. Frontline Victory Fund is proud to endorse Katherine Robertson as the next leader who will accomplish this for Alabama.”

West Virginia Attorney General JB McCuskey added, “State attorneys general are one of the first lines of defense against federal overreach and out of touch liberal policies.”

“Like so many Republican Attorneys General around the country, I have worked with Katherine and know she has what it takes to get the job done for Alabama as the next Attorney General,” he added. “She has the experience and resolve to effectively protect Alabamians' liberties and conservative values when it matters most. Katherine has proven she will not back down from a fight, whether it be to protect Alabama kids in school, stand up for free speech, or support law enforcement. She is the right candidate for Alabama Attorney General.”

Frontline Victory Fund is a political action committee focused on “supporting conservative candidates in state Attorneys General elections.” It is the super PAC’s first endorsement in 2026.

One of Robertson’s competitors in the Republican primary, Jay Mitchell, slammed the donation from Frontline. His campaign called the donation a “new $300,000 out-of-state dark money bomb from another new group—this time out of Virginia. That single donation accounts for 80% of her monthly fundraising. To date, nearly 60% of Robertson’s overall fundraising comes from outside the State of Alabama. She has accepted more than $1.6 million in dark money this cycle.”

“Any Alabamian can look on the Secretary of State’s website and see exactly who is supporting my campaign. I don’t have any donors to hide, and I don’t need to route dirty money through a complex web of dark money shell groups. Ms. Robertson owes it to the people of Alabama to tell the truth about the out-of-state interests bankrolling her campaign,” Mitchell said. “My campaign is powered by rank-and-file Alabama conservatives, not outside interests. They trust me to champion our values, strengthen our communities, and always put the people of this state first.”
