The race for Alabama House District 95 is headed to a runoff between incumbent State Rep. Frances Holk-Jones (R-Foley), and Gulf Shores businessman Joe Freeman.
With 99% of the precincts reporting, Holk-Jones leads with 42% of the vote and Freeman with 39%. Challenger Elijah Davidson came in at 19%.
Holk-Jones, a lifelong resident of Baldwin County, is an insurance agent and co-founder of the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation.

Freeman is a registered investment advisor and former law enforcement officer.

The runoff election will be on June 16.
