The U.S. Small Business Administration has announced the 2025 Small Business Person of the Year award winners in each state.
Kim and Larry Lewis, owners of PROJECTXYZ, INC. of Huntsville, were selected as the Alabama Small Business Person of the Year.
The couple were selected from over 449,000 small businesses in Alabama.

Each year, the SBA celebrates National Small Business Week by recognizing the achievements of outstanding small business owners and entrepreneurs across the United States. All 53 winners have been invited to attend ceremonies in Washington, D.C., during Small Business Week, May 4-5, where they will be presented with their awards. The Lewis couple will also be in the running for the 2025 National Small Business Person of the Year.
