According to local law enforcement, an illegal alien in Madison County was arrested last week and charged with the rape of a child under the age of 12.
Huntsville Police Department’s Special Victims Unit apprehended Roberto Pena-Cruz, 51, on December 5, after he allegedly forced a minor to commit a sexual act during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Pena-Cruz has been booked into the Madison County Jail and is being held under an ICE detainer.
