Kick off for the 87th iteration of the biggest rivalry in sports is set for 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, November 26 on CBS in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
The 2022 matchup in Tuscaloosa will look a little different than fans are used to, as neither team appears to be in the hunt for a national championship for the first time since 2007.
Alabama, 8-2, is second in the SEC West and seemingly on the outside looking in for another College Football Playoff bid. Coming off a close win over Ole Miss, the Tide are still looking to get back to playing Nick Saban-style football.
Auburn, 4-6, is sixth in the SEC West and led by interim head coach Carnell "Cadillac" Williams, who picked up his first win over the weekend over last-place Texas A&M.
Alabama leads the series 48–37–1 and 10-5 since Saban took the job.
The Crimson Tide won last year's matchup in an overtime thriller 24-22 to stay in national title contention.
