A 21-year-old Scottboro man is facing multiple charges after investigators said he enticed a child online then raped her.
Aiden Michael Rackow was arrested and charged with first-degree rape by force, second-degree sodomy, second-degree sexual abuse of a child between the ages of 12 and 16, enticing a child for immoral purposes and electronic solicitation of a child.
According to court documents, Rackow is accused of contacting the girl through a cellular phone or computer. Investigators believe he then picked the girl up from another county and transported her to Madison County for sex.
Rackow was placed in the Madison County Jail with no bond.
Rackow is considered innocent until proven guilty.
