Former U.S. Navy SEAL Jared Hudson officially qualified Thursday with the Alabama Republican Party to appear on the ballot for the United States Senate in the May primary.
Hudson said qualifying marks the “start of the fight to take on Washington Insiders and put Alabama first.”
“Washington is broken. The swamp is real. It’s full of career politicians who chase cameras, waste our money, and forget who sent them there. Alabama is fed up, and so am I.” Hudson said. “I’m running for the U.S. Senate not to join the club, but to tear it down and put regular folks back in charge. The mission is clear: lower the cost of living, keep our communities safe, and put Alabama First in Washington.”
He continued, “And I’ll do it the same way I always have, as a good team guy. I stood shoulder to shoulder with my teammates in the SEAL Teams, and I’ll stand shoulder to shoulder with Senator Katie Britt and President Trump to fight for Alabama and get results. No games. Just results.”
