The last 17 years have been an eye-opening observation into the psyche of Marxists who have infiltrated America and are striving to fundamentally transform it forever because they hate it.
It’s quite clear these people abhor everything that “Mainstreet America” stands for. If you have ever listened to Michelle Obama’s podcast, you know it’s true. They have incredible disdain for the nuclear family. They are repulsed by conservative women who love their families and want to serve them. They seem to hate anyone who is not black, gay or transgender, yet they simultaneously loathe black Americans who have embraced conservativism.
Who comprises “Mainstreet America”? Men and women who work hard and originate from different backgrounds, but come together to create safe, honorable communities. This America is full of husbands and wives who nurture their children and teach them Judeo-Christian values. Churches, businesses, shops, parks, fire stations, police departments, and schools are all valuable institutions in everyday America.
The rich, liberal, elites scorn that America.
In addition to having a ridiculous sense of superiority and stunning self-righteousness, progressives seem to lack a sincere ability for self-reflection. Many have no idea how a man like President Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris to win the 2024 election. They simply continue questioning the intellectual capabilities of normal Americans, criticizing our moral choices.
Liberal author and columnist Jill Filipovic is an example of this. Venting on her Substack, she said that the election results weren’t “an indictment of Kamala Harris; [they were] an indictment of our nation.”
She was not the only one blaming regular Americans for Trump’s second presidential victory. “[The election] is a disastrous revelation about what the United States really is, as opposed to the country that so many hoped that it could be,” Susan B. Glasser wrote in The New Yorker.
These liberal writers cannot seem to grasp that voters didn’t vote against democracy. Instead, they rejected leftist policies and the leftist political candidate.
Unfortunately, New York City’s latest mayoral primary is the terrible example of voters who are openly embracing the most progressive candidate. Their choices of Democrat candidates were bad vs. worse. Former Mayor Andrew Cuomo has a history of sexual impropriety scandals. Unbelievably, he put Covid patients in nursing homes during the pandemic and a lot of elderly people DIED thanks to his incompetence and indifference. Maybe New York City voters haven’t forgotten what he did to so many grandparents.
His opponent and the Democrat primary winner, Zohran Mamdani, is a Muslim Marxist. And I mean, a real honest-to-goodness Marxist. Born in Uganda, Mamdani is the son of a Columbia professor – which says it all right there. He has been called an anti-Semite and has a plan to create a network of government owned grocery stores. Much like Mao, Che, and Pol Pot, he has a huge ego but enjoys being seen as a peasant. That’s how these guys gain power.
Mamdani doesn’t believe in billionaires. It would be interesting to hear his justification if he owns an Apple watch or iPhone, or drinks Starbucks coffee. The world has been blessed by the talents of billionaires Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, who have – between the two of them – created an online shipping dynasty that I order from way too frequently and sent us into space.
After listening to Mamdani, it appears his only true goal is to make us all live in equal misery. I never thought I might be cheering for NYC to re-elect Eric Adams.
While an election way up in the northeastern portion of our nation might not appear to impact us Southerners, sadly, it can. After young, white, college-indoctrinated socialists elect a true Communist to run their city, they will discover the truth. They don’t really want the police defunded because none of them own firearms. They don’t want to live in a city where crime runs rampant and women must fear walking outside in broad daylight. And they won’t like shopping at a government-owned grocery equivalent of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
And for that, I have one thing to say to them – stay where you are. Live with the leader you elect. Don’t move down to Georgia, Florida or Alabama to escape your nightmarish choices. We regular folks don’t want you bringing your liberal politics to our conservative main streets. Conservatives in the South and Midwest are trying to preserve what is left of the Republic, so stay put in your Hunger Games district.
Progressive policies will never yield the boon they promise, and liberal politicians are always more concerned about control than the good of their constituents. We are living in times where a portion of our nation believes Marxism is a viable political solution, while Islam is pervading some of our largest cities. Both are more connected than you might realize and in complete opposition to the political and religious freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution.
So, hang on to your Main Street American convictions and hold fast to scriptural truth. Pray for those who don’t. The odds are never in their favor.
