Franklin County EMA said a teen was injured Sunday afternoon after she was struck by lightning.
The 19-year-old was inside a home on Oak Hill Drive in Russellville.
The EMA said the lightning traveled through a cell phone that was plugged into a power outlet.
The teen was taken to the hospital for treatment.
