A man is facing a charge of impersonating a peace officer after police said he tried to convince people he was a DEA agent.

Donnie England, Jr. is accused of telling people he was working a sting operation at Top of the Bay, according to Fox 10.

Court documents show England had a gun and a badge. Daphne police were called to the bar after he refused to take his gun out of the bar because he was drinking.

England was taken into custody and was later released on a $5,000 bond.
