A man was arrested in Madison County Thursday with five ounces of cocaine and four ounces of fentanyl.
Vander Mingledolph, 36, was arrested by the Madison County Street Crimes Unit (MCSCU) and charged with two counts of drug trafficking.
The MCSCU received a tip from Georgia authorities that Mingledolph was on his way to Madison County, which led them to set up surveillance along his route.
Madison County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators and MCSCU officers performed a traffic stop and searched his vehicle, where they found the drugs.
Mingledolph was booked into the Madison County Jail with a bond set at $500,500.
