The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) identified the man found dead in the lower Delta near Spanish Fort as a homicide victim.
Donald Neece, 33, of Mobile, was found by ALEA’s Marine Patrol Division early Wednesday lying under the I-10 bridge in Baldwin County.
The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) launched a death investigation and determined Neece was the subject of a Baldwin County homicide investigation. His cause of death has not been released.
Investigators determined Neece’s vehicle was taken from the scene and they are working with the State of Florida to locate the vehicle and a person of interest.
