U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Saks) announced Haley Wilson as his new chief of staff on Friday.

Haley, a Montgomery native, is a University of Alabama graduate. She previously served as an intern for Rogers and joined his staff in 2012.

She will replace Christopher Brinson, who has served in the Rogers office for 22 years and as chief of staff since 2015.

"I want to thank Chris for his years of service in my office and his dedication to the people of Alabama; I am excited to see what he achieves in the future and wish him all the best," Rogers said. "Haley has served in my office for over 12 years, starting as staff assistant and working her way up to legislative director and now chief of staff. I know she will approach this new role with the same dedication and enthusiasm that she has brought to my office for years."
