Miss America Abbie Stockard will serve as the Grand Marshal for this year's NTT INDYCAR SERIES event at Barber Motorsports Park. The Children’s of Alabama Grand Prix will be held from May 2 to May 4.
Stockard will give the start command and participate in pre-race ceremonies.

We look forward to her leading the festivities and bringing her passion for community engagement to our race weekend."
Stockard, an Auburn University nursing student and Vestavia Hills native, has focused on the healthcare community, particularly cystic fibrosis. She is a National Brand Ambassador for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women initiative.
