The trial for a woman accused of kidnapping her daughter from Orange Beach and taking her to Mexico ended in a mistrial.
Haley Leah Harris was accused of taking her three-year-old daughter during a two-day visitation last October. U.S. Rep. Barry Moore's (R-Enterprise) office and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office helped get the child back home.
Harris was charged with international parental kidnapping and later indicted.
On Wednesday, a federal judge declared a mistrial.
