The Mobile Police Department identified a woman killed after she was struck in a Walmart parking lot on Tuesday.
Wanda Nunnery, 78, was struck at the Walmart Supercenter at 685 Schillinger Road. She was transported to a local hospital, where she died.
Police said four vehicles were also struck. Police took the driver to headquarters for questioning. Investigators did not announce an arrest but revealed the case had been turned over to the Mobile County District Attorney's Office.
