The Mobile Police Department is investigating after two men were shot Monday night.
The shooting happened at approximately 9:20 p.m. at Dauphin Gate Apartments, located at 3250 Dauphin Street.
Police found an adult male victim deceased between two buildings. Investigators discovered another shooting victim was taken to the hospital by private vehicle. That victim had non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have not released the victims' identities. It is unclear if the two were shooting at each other or if there is a third party involved.
Public Information Officer Blake Brown told 1819 News more information would be released later Tuesday.
