On Thursday, a task force of the attorney general’s office and U.S. Marshals arrested a Montgomery County man on a charge of first-degree human trafficking for commercial sex acts involving a juvenile.

Terrell Bailey, 27, of Montgomery, was arrested by special attorney general’s office agents with assistance from the United States Marshals Service and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

Bailey was arrested on a complaint and warrant brought by the AG’s Office. His charges carry a Class A felony. If convicted, he faces a penalty of 10 to 99 years or up to life in prison.

Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office stated that no further information would be forthcoming other than what is already mentioned in the warrant.
