Montgomery Police arrested one juvenile male for his alleged role in the deadly downtown shootout last Saturday.
Montgomery Police charged a juvenile male with one count of capital murder, nine counts of assault in the first degree, and three counts of assault in the second degree on Friday. The juvenile male is in custody at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
No name or other details about the suspect were released by Montgomery Police.
