According to the Morgan County Sheriff's Office, an illegal alien has been arrested and charged with aggravated criminal surveillance after placing a hidden camera in the bathroom of a local business.
On February 12, deputies responded to the 3100 Block of Highway 157 near the Massey community and were informed the camera had been installed by Leonard Vasquesz Ramirez, 52, of Vinemont. It was allegedly used to record a female adult and a female juvenile.
Ramirez is being held without bond after being placed on Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
