BALDWIN COUNTY — A Navy T-6 aircraft went down Tuesday in Baldwin County. The two pilots were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive. No others were on board.
The aircraft crashed off County Road 87, near the Gateswood community. The pilots ejected with parachutes, officials said.
No one on the ground was injured but debris was found in a nearby neighborhood.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including officials from NAS Whiting Field, where the plane took off.
