The Morgan Wallen Sand in My Boots festival is one of the most anticipated events in recent Gulf Coast history. With a record-breaking 90-minute sell-out of tickets, city officials said they are preparing for over 40,000 people in Gulf Shores this weekend.
The three-day event is drawing attention nationwide, with acts like Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, Riley Green, Ella Langley, T-Pain, Wiz Khalifa, Morgan Wade, and, of course, Morgan Wallen.
But for those unable to purchase their tickets before the week of the event, it will cost hundreds of dollars to land a wristband for the festival.
The only available tickets are resale tickets, and the prices are rising. The lowest general admission tickets are $400, and the VIP tickets are as high as $5,625. Even tickets on Facebook Marketplace range from $400 to $3,000.
Prices range from $600 to over $4,000 on Ticketmaster.
The festival will be May 16 – 18, replacing the long-running Hangout Festival.
