Ruthie Campbell was declared the winner in the mayoral runoff in Robertsdale by 51.8%
Campbell had 548 votes to Russell Johnson's 510.
Campbell ran on transparency, communication, public safety, water and sewer needs, and growth management. The lifelong Robertsdale resident has served as a council member for over 12 years.
For the city council runoff election, Adam Manning won by 55.7% against Beth Robinson.
