The case of a woman facing four municipal charges after a "No Kings" protest in Fairhope has been pushed back for a fifth time.
Jeana Renae Gamble is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, giving a false name and violation of a municipal ordinance after her arrest last October. Gamble, who her attorney admits was dressed as a large penis and holding a "No Dick-Tator" sign. However, the defense claims the arrest violated Gamble's rights, thereby making it illegal.

Police said Gamble was asked to leave or remove the penis costume after they received complaints of a traffic hazard. Video of the arrest shows Gamble walking away from the officer before she was taken to the ground and placed in handcuffs. Before getting into the police cruiser, Gamble told police her name was "Antifa."
Municipal court prosecutor Marcus McDowell accused Gamble of engaging in disorderly conduct "with the intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm." McDowell stated to the court that the defendant was using "abusive or obscene language, conduct or gestures dressed as a giant erect penis."
Both the defense and municipal attorneys have agreed on past resets in the case. It is unclear why Fairhope Municipal Court Judge Haymes Snedeker has reset the case for April 15. The trial is set to begin at 2 p.m. at the Fairhope Municipal Court.
Indivisible Baldwin County plans to rally in support of Gamble ahead of the trial.
Gamble is considered innocent until proven guilty.
