The Northport Police Department’s traffic reconstruction unit responded to the scene of a deadly wreck on Highway 43 Wednesday.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., four cars were involved in a collision just south of Highway 171.
Northport Police, Fire and Rescue and NorthStar Ambulance responded and found one person deceased and three others with minor injuries.
Traffic was detoured for several hours while investigators reconstructed the accident.
The cause of the crash will be determined. No charges have been filed.
