Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) troopers are investigating a fatal crash that claimed two lives.
The crash occurred early Saturday morning on Interstate 459 in Vestavia Hills. First responders were called to the scene at Acton Road at 3:26 a.m.
Cambraya Sharondae Broach, 23, was transported to UAB Hospital, where she and her unborn child were pronounced dead at 4 a.m.
Jefferson County Coroner Bill Yates said multiple vehicles were involved in the wreck.
