Prosecutors are seeking to bring additional evidence in the sentencing of Jeremy Tremaine Williams, the man who pleaded guilty to killing and posthumously sexually assaulting five-year-old Kamarie Holland.

Williams pleaded guilty on March 13, with his sentencing scheduled for April 8. Now, prosecutors are seeking to bring in evidence of additional sexual assault allegations against Williams “as evidence of intent, absence or mistake, motive, opportunity, plan, and/or knowledge.”

“The State has become aware that there are other individuals that have come forward regarding the Defendant’s sexual assault of them,” court filings say.  “Since the Defendant was indicted in Russell County for the above styled charges, the Defendant has also been indicted in the Superior Court for the State of Alaska, Fourth Judicial District at Fairbanks for the murder in the second degree of N. W. the Defendant’s minor child, Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the 1st Degree x 2 and Sexual Assault in the 1st Degree x 2 in regards to the sexual assault of K.W. who was 5 years old at the time of the offenses.”

“These ‘bad acts’ involve the abuse either physical or sexual of children under the age of 12. The name of one of the children was used by the defendant in his acts against at least 2 other victims,” the filings conclude.

Williams’ attorney opposed the out-of-court testimony, saying, “[T]his evidence is irrelevant, is only being introduced to prejudice or inflame the Jury or the Judge, and has absolutely no probative value in this case.”

Williams was charged with capital murder in the course of a kidnapping, capital murder in the course of rape, capital murder in the course of sodomy, corpse abuse, human trafficking and producing child pornography.

Court documents claim Williams "recorded himself raping and sodomizing" Kamarie after her demise.

Williams has a history of child abuse accusations. In 2009, Williams was charged with burning a three-year-old child, of whom he was the guardian, with hot water so severely as to cause him serious injury. Williams was found not guilty of the charge. He was also a suspect in the death of a one-year-old in Alaska but was never charged.

Kristy Siple, Holland’s mother, also faces four total charges in connection to Holland's death. Three of the charges relate to the murder of Holland, and the fourth is a charge for human trafficking. The three murder charges are for murder in the course of kidnapping, murder in the course of rape and murder in the course of sodomy. All of the murder charges allege that she acted in tandem with Williams in the crimes.

Siple was scheduled to enter a guilty plea last month. However, Russell County District Attorney Richard Chancey said that never happened. Chancey was under a gag order not to address any further case details.
