The Robertsdale Police Department arrested a Domino’s Pizza worker after he was accused of making unwanted sexual advances toward a juvenile employee.
Preston Matthew Devader, 32, has been charged with sexual misconduct.
Investigators said the underage coworker told them Devader made unwanted sexual contact while the two were working together.
The victim's age has not been revealed, but police said the individual is a minor.
The investigation remains active.
Devader is considered innocent until proven guilty.
