A Robertsdale man is facing four charges after a child sex abuse investigation.
Ricky Edward Roberts, 51, is charged with sexual contact by compulsion, statutory rape and sodomy with a girl, strong arm, according to Baldwin County jail documents.
Roberts was booked into jail after Robertsdale police arrested him on Friday.
Fox 10 reported that Roberts admitted to the crimes.
During a court appearance on Monday, prosecutors presented the charges and said a family member of the victim went to law enforcement after noticing strange behavior. The child was interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center, where they discovered the child had been victimized multiple times.
Jail records show Roberts's bond is set at $400,000. If he posts bond, he will have to wear an ankle monitor and will not be allowed to have contact with the victim, her mother or any minors.
