Multiple agencies are searching for the suspect in the shooting death of a Blount County bond recovery agent on Tuesday morning.
Francisco Sinecio-Alvarez is considered armed and dangerous.
According to the Blount County Sheriff's Office, Sinecio-Alvarez is suspected of shooting 73-year-old James Eastis as Eastis was attempting to execute a bond revocation at 151 Harris Road in Hayden. Eastis was later found dead inside the home, but the suspect was not on the scene. The firearm used to kill Eastis has not been recovered.
Investigators believe Sinecio-Alvarez could be in a light blue and white Ford F-150. They shared photos of the truck and said it was last seen just outside of Homewood on Spaulding-Ishkooda Road.
Law enforcement is asking people to be on the lookout for the truck or any sign of Sinecio-Alvarez. He is described as a Hispanic man, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. Anyone with information can call the Blount County Sheriff's Office at 205-625-4127 or call 911. The public is urged not to approach him.
Upon his capture, Sinecio-Alvarez will be charged with murder.
