The Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF) announced on Wednesday that they were endorsing U.S. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) for Senate in 2026.

Alabama has an open Senate seat in 2026 due to U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) running for governor instead of seeking re-election.

According to their website, SCF is a national grassroots organization that seeks to bring bold conservative leadership to Washington by supporting candidates who will fight for the timeless conservative principles of limited government, strong national defense, and traditional family values. Previous endorsements by SCF include: U.S. Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Mike Lee (R-Utah), and former U.S. Sen. and Vice President J.D. Vance (R-Ohio).

SCF said in a statement on Wednesday, "Moore is running to replace Senator Tommy Tuberville, who is leaving the Senate to run for governor. Coach Tuberville has been an excellent senator. Now, Barry Moore has the chance to be one of the all-time greats."

"On the issues that matter most, Barry Moore is a fighting, proven conservative. If he wins this race, he will become one of the best senators in Washington the minute he is sworn in," SCF added. "SCF has given Moore our full endorsement in this race. We're going to work hard to help him win the Republican Primary and then win the general election next November. If you're looking for a true, conservative candidate you can trust 100% in 2026, look no further than Barry Moore. He's the original MAGA warrior. He has never let us down before. He won't let us down in the Senate."
